Here at Shore Thing, we try to keep things simple and make sure to take care of our customers, so we’ve made our exchanges and returns as easy as possible. Simply click the button below to access our dedicated returns portal and get started. All you’ll need is your order number and email address, and when you’re done we’ll provide a prepaid USPS return label.

IS IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS?

Once your return is authorised, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Please note, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for using this label.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Items purchased in the last 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For more information, view our full refund policy here.
